Just as an addition to yesterdays post I made another short video displaying my collection so far and also to advertise my painting service. Very pleased at how the channel content is gradually picking up views which far exceeds those of my trusty old blog and it's something I hope to develop in the future.

ReplyDeleteHi JBM. I started the channel a few years ago, just figure painting wargaming content. I have not gone viral yet :) just over 100 subscribers and my most viewed video around 2.5 thousand views over time. Recent epic videos pick up views faster, a few hundred over a few weeks - ish. Blog posts average about 100 views so I'm reaching more people for sure. I'm not about to stick myself in front of the camera though, just focus on the little men.

DeleteWhite-coated Carabiners? It seems my Jedi mind control over your painting / basing is as strong as ever. But they do look nice in white, no matter how impractical.

DeleteI just had to change the coat colour Rob, the sky blue had been annoying me as I had really wanted to go with white. Your comment along with Graham's convinced me that I could get away with it. Mind you they will have looked awfully mud splattered that fateful day in 1815 :)
