Why a Therapy project?

I started the blog back in 2010 following a diagnosis of Dysthymia (now more commonly Persistent Depressive Disorder). I find that the focus and concentration required to paint soldiers for lengthy periods is a great way to relax. I painted my first Airfix figure aged about 15 and 50 years on I still enjoy it! Lee.
